Our company, which began its new journey on April 1, 2022, started in 1981 as the Yonezawa Plant of Tohoku Pioneer Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pioneer Corporation. Since then, as an acoustic manufacturer, we have thoroughly pursued sound creation and manufacturing.
In the 1990s, when manufacturing was shifting overseas, we took on the challenge of transforming from sound to light, and in 1997 we became the first company in the world to successfully mass produce OLED displays. And after that, we have contributed to the development of society and the improvement of people's lives by creating a number of innovative displays based on our desire to create a better society, more valuable products, and more inspiring products.
In 2019, we also launched a Monozukuri solution business (contract development and manufacturing services) at the same facility, combining technological assets that other companies do not have, to solve the problems of companies aiming to create valuable products.
And in July 2024, we have made a new start as a member of the SAXA Group.
We will create great synergies in the SAXA group and further strengthen both the OLED business and the Monozukuri solution business.

Today, with the need to realize a sustainable society, the values of the world and the needs of society are changing at a tremendous speed. In order to realize a better society, we will strive to solve the problems of our customers around the world through our business activities, while taking on the challenge of creating products that will excite everyone.
